An easy Valentine’s Day pie recipe to show someone you love them

Valentine’s Day is a great time to remind someone that you love them whether it be a partner, family member or neighbor. This coconut custard recipe is both fun to make and a delicious way to brighten up someone’s day. Ingredients: 4 eggs ½ stick of butter ½ cup of sugar ½ cup of coconut 2 cups of milk ½ cup of Bisquick ½ tsp of vanilla Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Grease and flour a 10-inch pie pan. Pour the mixture in and bake it for 45 minutes at 350 F. Chill thoroughly once done.
