Kinsey Vincent Pyle, P.L., has been providing its clients with preeminent

practice in a wide range of areas, including estate planning, elder law,
business, real estate, construction law, litigation and tax law, and have

Mr. Grant has been practicing law in the Daytona area since 2001, providing
legal services regarding business and tax planning, tax disputes, drafting
wills and trusts, elder law, and administering estates.  He is certified as
an expert in Tax Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization, and
he received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida
Levin College of Law in 2001and his Juris Doctor degree from Northern
Illinois University in 1998.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English
degree in 1992 from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri,
focusing in Medieval Studies and pursued graduate study in Rhetoric and
Composition at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Mr. Grant is a native of Wisconsin and served as a Judicial Law Clerk in
Bemidji, Minnesota before moving to Florida with his wife in 2000.  He
resides in Ormond-by-the-Sea and remains active with the Chamber of
Commerce, Scouts, and the Ormond Beach Historical Society, and he is a
frequent contributor of consumer-friendly legal articles to OurSeniors.net.
