Karim Batista was born in Boston, Massachusetts, but spent his formative years in the Dominican Republic. After completing his education at Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, Florida, Mr. Batista pursued his undergraduate studies at Florida State University. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Florida International University in 2013. During his time in law school, Mr. Batista distinguished himself in the Family & Education Clinic, Immigration & Human Rights Clinic, showcasing his dedication to various legal facets.
Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2013, Mr. Batista established his law firm in February of 2014. His primary areas of focus include Family Law, Criminal Law (with emphasis on domestic violence issues), and Immigration Law (specifically family-based visas) across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe County.
