Content Submission Agreement

By checking this box, I agree to the following terms for submitting content to OurSeniors.net Magazine, LLC ("OSN"):

Content Rights Grant

I grant OSN an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use my submitted content (copy, images, photographs, logos, and other media) including the right to:

• Publish, display, distribute, and reproduce content in whole or in part
• Make alterations or modifications
• Use with or without attribution
• Distribute in any format, media, or language
• Use in any geographic territory, in perpetuity
• Include in advertising, publicity, or promotional materials

My Warranties and Guarantees

I warrant that:

• I own the rights to all submitted content, OR
• The content is original work created by me
• The content does not violate or infringe upon any third-party copyrights

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless OSN from any third-party claims or lawsuits regarding my content, including:

• Copyright or trademark infringement claims
• Defamation or libel allegations
• Violation of publicity or privacy rights
• Associated damages and reasonable attorneys' fees

OSN's Rights and Discretion

I acknowledge that:

• OSN is not required to use my content
• OSN has sole discretion over whether and how to use the content
• OSN may publish content in print or online without additional royalty payments or permissions
• No cost will be charged to OSN for content usage

This agreement applies to all content submitted for publication in OSN's publications, related entities, blogs and or websites.
