Seniors who participate in the program become part of a network known as “Seniors vs Crime” and work alongside law enforcement agencies to investigate complaints and seek restitution for seniors. The Seniors vs Crime Project handles thousands of cases for seniors each year, aiming to recover money and provide support to victims. Since the establishment of the first local Project Offices in 2001, these offices have handled over 39,000 cases and have successfully recovered funds on behalf of complainants.
