About Us

Alba Court Residences & Adult Day Care Center is a state-of-the-art new construction comprising 109 beds, situated in the heart of New Smyrna’s historic district. The residence offers diverse floorplans, encompassing studios and one-bedroom units, along with a secure memory care wing. Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including a beauty salon, library, spacious activity area, outdoor courtyard, home health therapy center, a movie room, a cafe, and more.

Adjacent to the main building is an adult day care center. They provide both market-rate and affordable units. Government subsidies such as Medicaid, Veterans Aid and Attendance benefits, long-term care insurance, and others are warmly welcomed.
