Charles F. Robinson is a highly experienced Elder Law Attorney, dedicating over three decades to specialized planning for the elderly, disabled, and individuals with special needs. He proudly held Board Certification from The Florida Bar from 1989 to 2023, showcasing his unwavering commitment to excellence. As a distinguished professional, he is recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, as well as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and The Florida Bar Foundation. Charles actively contributes to the legal community by serving on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, acting as a liaison to The Florida Bar Elder Law Section, and participating in various committees. He has also played crucial roles in the Elder Law Section, having been a member, Past Chair, and currently serving on the Executive Council as a liaison to the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section. Beyond legal engagements, Charles has dedicated over 27 years to the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc., holding positions such as President and Treasurer. He currently presides as the President of the Florida Council on Aging, showcasing his leadership in advocating for the elderly.
