Linda R. Chamberlain is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney with over three decades of practice in Clearwater and the surrounding area since 1991. Prior to joining our firm in 2015, Linda co-shared office space with Special Needs Lawyers, PA for many years.
Recognized for her expertise, Linda has attained Martindale Hubbell’s highest rating as an AV® Preeminent™ Attorney. Her Elder Law practice encompasses a wide range of areas, including Medicaid Planning, Medicaid Applications, Long Term Care and Disability Issues, Qualified Income Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Veterans Benefits, and Estate Planning.
In addition to her legal practice, Linda is the Founder and President of “Aging Wisely, LLC,” a professional care management company, and “EasyLiving, Inc.,” a non-medical private duty home care company. Linda also imparts her knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at the Stetson University College of Law. Actively involved in the community, she presently serves on the Board of the Clearwater Free Clinic.
Before embarking on her legal career, Linda held significant roles such as the Director of Social Services at Lancashire Hall Rehabilitation Center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She also served as a Field Services Director at the Area Agency on Aging in Kirksville, Missouri, and as a Discharge Planner at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Oral Roberts University and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law. Her diverse background and commitment to elder law make her a respected and valued professional in the field.
