Brian C. Perlin is the sole principal and founder of the law firm Brian C. Perlin. He completed his degree in Accounting at the University of Miami in 1979 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1982.

Mr. Perlin holds Board Certification from The Florida Bar as an expert in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning, as well as in Elder Law. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. Mr. Perlin is affiliated with the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section and the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. He has earned the prestigious AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, signifying the highest level of professional excellence.
