Scott Solkoff, a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Elder Law, serves clients residing at least part-time throughout Florida. Founder of Solkoff Legal, P.A., a law firm based in Delray Beach (Palm Beach County), Florida, the firm exclusively represents the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and their caregivers. Co-authored by Scott and his late father, Jerome Solkoff, the leading textbook on the subject (written for lawyers) is now in its 14th print edition. Additionally, Scott has been honored as a Fellow of the esteemed American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
