Lance Martin McKinney

Lance Martin McKinney graduated with honors from the University of Florida, obtaining his law degree in 1990. As a dedicated member of both national (NAELA) and state (AFELA) associations of Elder Law attorneys, he is admitted to practice in all State courts in Florida and the Federal Middle District courts. In June 2005, the Florida Supreme Court officially certified him as a specialist in Elder Law, acknowledging his commitment to this field and his demonstrated knowledge and skills through a comprehensive test.

Of particular interest to him is the area of law pertaining to Guardianship. His active involvement in this realm has provided him with numerous opportunities to contribute to the well-being of the citizens of the state and his local community.
