Matthew A. Linde holds certification as an Elder Law and Wills, Trusts, and Estates attorney by the Florida Bar Board. Nationally recognized, he is also a Certified Elder Law Attorney accredited by the National Elder Law Foundation. With a legal career spanning over 25 years, Mr. Linde initially practiced law in Wisconsin and has been serving clients in Florida since January 2002. His legal expertise encompasses elder law, probate, trust and guardianship administration, litigation, and estate and tax planning. Mr. Linde’s particular focus and passion lie in achieving justice in contested guardianship, trust, and estate matters.
