Norma Hand Brill, an attorney certified in elder law, has taken on the role of ‘of counsel’ at Hampton Law.

In 1996, Ms. Brill achieved certification as a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) from the National Elder Law Foundation. She became one of the inaugural board-certified elder law attorneys in Florida when the state introduced the certification in 1998. Originally hailing from Texas, she earned her BBA from the University of Texas in Austin and her law degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. Attorney Brill is licensed to practice law in Florida and Tennessee. Prior to joining Hampton Law, she successfully managed her own firm, the Law Office of Norma Hand Brill / Southwest Elder Law, for over three decades.
