Julie A. Saieg earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1995, her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 1994, and her B.A. from Michigan State University in 1990.

As a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, Julie specializes in wealth preservation and public benefits qualification for adults and children with disabilities and special needs. Her expertise extends to estate planning, estate and guardianship administration, income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax, as well as other estate, trust, and guardianship matters. She also represents guardians, trustees, and other fiduciaries.
