Rebecca L. Berg serves as the founding partner of Berg Bryant Elder Law Group, PLLC, specializing in elder and disability law based in Jacksonville, Florida. A dedicated member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys since 1990, she holds the distinction of being among the inaugural group of attorneys certified by the National Elder Law Foundation and board-certified in Elder Law by The Florida Bar.
With over 35 years of legal experience, Rebecca’s practice is centered around elder and disability law, addressing a broad spectrum of issues, including estate planning, probate, long-term care planning, guardianship, and the development and administration of special needs trusts. Rebecca earned her law degree from the University of Florida, and her commitment to the field is evident through her leadership roles, having previously chaired the Elder Law Section of The Florida Bar and currently serving as the chair of the Board of Aging True, Community Services for Seniors.
In addition to her local involvement, Rebecca is a member of the Special Needs Alliance, an exclusive national association by invitation only. Her extensive expertise and dedication to the well-being of seniors and individuals with disabilities make her a respected figure in the legal community.
