Genny Bernstein holds the distinction of being a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Elder Law and a valued member of Jones Foster’s Private Wealth, Wills, Trusts & Estates practice group. Specializing in estate planning, wills and trusts, guardianships, special needs trusts, veteran benefits, and asset planning, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of obtaining Medicaid benefits for home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities. Genny is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court and Florida Courts, and she is recognized as an Accredited Attorney for claims, preparation, presentation, and prosecution with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
