Jennifer R. Howell is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney based in Charlotte County. She earned her Juris Doctor degree with honors in 1997 and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in 1995, both from Stetson University. Upon visiting Punta Gorda in the Fall of 1997, she developed a profound connection with the area, ultimately making it her home. After being a partner at the Farr Law Firm, she established her own practice in 2010. Throughout her residency in Punta Gorda, Attorney Howell has actively participated in various organizations, holding positions such as President of the Charlotte County Bar Association, Charlotte County Estate and Tax Planning Council, and Leadership Charlotte Class of 2000.
