About
Lyndy C. Jennings is dedicated to assisting seniors and individuals with disabilities in planning for their legal and healthcare needs. Her practice encompasses various areas, including elder law, estate planning (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Surrogates, and Living Wills), special needs planning, Medicaid and VA planning, and probate and trust administration.
Drawing from personal experience in aiding her own family members grappling with dementia, Lyndy approaches her practice with a deep understanding of the challenges people face. Having been on the other side of the table, her primary objective is to offer peace of mind and exceptional legal services, enabling her clients to provide optimal care for their loved ones.
Lyndy’s educational background and professional experience uniquely position her to address not only the legal aspects of elder law but also the intricate social and family dynamics involved. With a B.A. and M.S. in psychology, she worked as a suicide and crisis counselor throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies. Additionally, she served on the forensic unit of a prominent mental health institute, dealing with patients diagnosed with severe mental illnesses. Lyndy graduated with honors from Stetson University College of Law, where she interned with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.
