Co-Founder of Shalloway & Shalloway, P.A., G. Mark Shalloway specializes in Elder Law in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is recognized as one of the first 135 certified Elder Law Attorneys in the nation by the National Elder Law Foundation and is a member of the charter class of attorneys Board Certified in Elder Law by the Florida Bar. Additionally, he holds an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell and is accredited as a Veteran’s Administration Attorney.

On a national level, Mr. Shalloway has held the position of President and is a Fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He served as the chair of the NAELA Advanced Educational Institute in Colorado and takes pride in having received the Outstanding Achievement Award from NAELA for his contributions to the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys.
