The Perry Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is structured to improve healthcare accessibility for Veterans living in the nearby rural areas. Veterans will be able to avail themselves of Primary Care, Mental Health, Social Work, Laboratory services, and various Specialties through TeleHealth.

Vet Centers serve as accessible counseling hubs right in your local community. These centers, staffed by compassionate counselors and devoted team members, are dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges both during and after your military service.
