Miami-Dade Parks’ Active Older Adults programs provide fitness, leisure, and social activities for adults 55 and older. Our goal is to maintain and improve the health and well-being of older adults by engaging the body, mind and spirit.
Program activities vary from park to park and include, but are not limited to:
- Cardio Fitness
- Tai Chi
- Yoga
- Zumba
- Walk 4 Life
- Lunch
- Bingo and Pokeno
- Sewing
- Ceramics
- Singing/Choir
- Field Trips
