Completely managed on-site to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, this community was originally founded in 1989 as a local nonprofit organization and ministry of Waterman Hospital in Tavares. It stands as the sole community of its kind in the Central Florida areas of Orlando, The Villages, and Leesburg.

Since 1989, it has served as Central Florida’s premier retirement community campus.
