Education

Andrew C. Grant is a certified expert in Tax Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization, and he received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001 and his Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University in 1998.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English degree in 1992 from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, focusing on Medieval Studies and pursued graduate study in Rhetoric and Composition at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Personal History

Andrew has been a licensed attorney since 1998 and practicing law locally since 2001, providing legal services regarding business and tax planning, tax disputes, drafting wills and trusts, elder law, and administering estates.

Mr. Grant is a native of Wisconsin and served as a Judicial Law Clerk in Bemidji, Minnesota before moving to Florida with his wife in 2000.  He resides in Ormond-by-the-Sea and remains active in the community. Andrew gives talks periodically about estate planning and taxes, and he also contributes consumer-friendly legal articles to OurSeniors.net and Sun and Surf magazines.
