We are reaching out to you, as we have recently gained our Extended Congregate Care (ECC) Specialty Licensure, following our deficiency free survey, which means that we may be able to assist in enabling residents to age in place, whilst still receiving a continuity of care, especially at times when their level of care may change. We are excited about this, as our team, led by Gail, work tirelessly to promote the best interests of our residents.
We are a six-bed community, so as a smaller community we are able to offer a higher levels of care, but not distract away from the comfortable, small, home-like environment, which many of our senior community still yearn for.
We would love to be able to support, and if you feel that you may have an individual, who would like to remain in a smaller environment, have the benefit of an ECC environment, enjoy the benefits of a home-like environment, then please reach out to Gail at 386-257-2162 or 386-506-1631.
