We know that one of the keys to good senior health is remaining active and engaged with the people and the community around you. Networking with friends, family and peers is supposed to be a recent invention of teenagers and digital age young adults, but it is not! Seniors have been networking for decades, even if it did not involve smart phones.
Seniors often live near to each other, they depend on each other for advice, and they trust one another. That’s one reason we like the OurSeniors.net Brunch and Learn Events so much. They give us a chance to meet with and network in-person with seniors. We find out what is on their minds, what are their concerns and their questions. It helps us as much as it does them!
These events also give senior-oriented businesses and professional people a chance to do the same. In the past, we have featured professionals from the fields of dentistry, financial planning, law, senior placement services and health insurance. Find out more at Brunch and Learn Events.
