The 2019 Hurricane Season Is Coming

Hurricane from satellite

Hurricane from satelliteThe Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th. The start of the 2019 season is still weeks away, and already there is a chance of a tropical cyclone developing in the Atlantic Ocean. The area of rain and showers has been given a low chance of strengthening into a tropical depression while it is close to Florida, but it could strengthen after it moves away from the Sunshine State.
As always, the OurSeniors.net Family hopes that all the 2019 storms will miss us, but it is still a good idea to be prepared.  A great place to start is by reviewing our 2018 article, “Seniors and Hurricane  Preparedness,” then checkout some of the home care and maintenance providers in the OurSeniors.net Directory of Approved Vendors.
