The Joan L. Kidd MD Fight for Life Continuum

Ormond Beach, Florida, January 4, 2022 — The Joan L. Kidd MD Fight for Life Continuum announced that
OurSeniors.org has been named a designated beneficiary of the Joan L. Kidd MD Fight for Life Golf Series
commencing in 2022. The Golf Series will raise critical funds for the Foundation to continue its work by providing an
opportunity for golfers all over the country to participate in supporting the Foundation while playing golf at their home
club or any golf course across the US for great prizes!

The Joan L. Kidd MD Fight for Life Golf Series powered by Chipd In Golf was born out of a need for the tens of
thousands of golfers of all skill levels to have an opportunity to play golf on their time schedule, at their home course
or any course across the United States, at their convenience and support the Foundation during the year in the
process.

Golfers sign up to play in the FFL Golf Series, pay a onetime entry fee, create a profile, which includes their
handicap index and download the Chipd In APP. Then, golfers can play at their convenience on designated days for
events scheduled throughout the year, at their home club or any golf course with their handicap index. A significant
donation is made to the Foundation by Chipd In for each golfer participating.

Senior golfDuring the days of play for each event, there is a live leaderboard that shows in real time how they are playing against golfers all over the country. At the end of each event, which has a three day window for golfers to play one round, points are awarded to the golfers in order of finish. At the end of each Series of events (6), the top 50 golfers in the accumulated points standings move on to an in person National Championship.

With two Series, Spring and Summer, a total of 100 players from the points standings move on to the in person National Championship, which is scheduled for October 14-16, 2022 at Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando Florida. The winner is awarded a bucket list golf trip for him/her and their golf buddy with expenses paid. Golfers who sign up through the Foundation will represent the Foundation at the National Championship. Based on order of finish, the Foundation that is represented by the golfer receives an additional donation which is presented to the Foundation by the player at the event. In addition, the top ten players in order of finish in the National Championship will proceed to a 5 hole shootout after the final round, where the last player
standing wins a seven day Mediterranean voyage for two aboard the Sea Dream Yacht. www.seadream.com

The National Championship will be a fun filled event with special events, including a Concert by world class
entertainers, a production of the Fight for Life Concert Series and nearby world class Theme Parks; perfect for a
family vacation.

In addition to all of the other great prizes, all 100 players at the National Championship and a golf partner that they
choose, are automatically exempt from qualifying into the King’s Cup National Championship in Nashville,
Tennessee.

Players advancing out of their flight at that two person best ball championship earn a spot on Team USA that will play Team Ireland in the International King’s Cup, in honor of Arnold Palmer. The International King’s Cup matches between Team USA and Team Ireland are played in an amateur Ryder Cup style format. Players on Team USA travel to Ireland with expenses paid. A free team entry is also awarded to the winners of each Series, and a random drawing of the 100 players in the National Championship
awards another free team entry into the King’s Cup National Championship.

During the year, prizes are awarded for each Series event, including random raffle drawings. There are no entry fees
to regular season events for golfers after paying a onetime entry fee of $150 for the Series, of which a significant
portion is donated to the Foundation and golfers of all skill levels can participate with their course handicap index.

About Joan L. Kidd MD Fight for Life Continuum

The Joan L. Kidd, MD Fight for Life Continuum is an organization that was established in 2016 by Tom Kidd to fight
for the lives and enhance the quality of life for cancer patients. His efforts have been inspired by his late wife, Joan L.
Kidd, MD, a respected internal medicine and family medicine physician. Tom was her caregiver and health care
advocate throughout her nearly three year battle with ovarian cancer in an effort to try to save her life, which he calls
his “greatest and most profound achievement.” In the end, the battle was lost, but her life was extended by almost
two years with a good quality of life.

Senior GolfIn 2020, he turned his efforts toward establishing fundraising programs for nonprofits that support their work to
broaden the level of impact on people in need. The Joan L. Kidd, MD Fight for Life Concert Series, the Joan L. Kidd,
MD Memorial Fund, the eBook fundraising program and the Access Merchant Discount program were launched.
Approximately $1 million has been raised for nonprofits and cancer patients since inception of the Continuum and
over $500,000 invested in delivering services to cancer patients. With this announcement, The Fight for Life Golf
Series has been added to the program offerings as third party events that will result in significant donations to
designated nonprofits. Tom has served as a past member of the Board of Directors of Florida Cancer Specialists
Foundation, which has paid out over $7 million in financial aid to cancer patients in need since inception, a past
member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Healthcare Advocates and a member of the National
Care Planning Council.

OurSeniors.org is a 501c3 not for profit that focuses on providing immediate and continuing care and
comfort to isolated seniors in need of human contact.  We want to educate families and
communities of the needs of our elders through our example and message.  We aspire to
change and improve the living conditions of seniors through care, love, compassion, and
education.  We hope to solve the problem of hopelessness by sharing the love of God with
those who have done the most and, yet, have lost the most over the years.  We want to change
the perception that seniors can be left on their own after being placed in a care facility and
show the benefit and transformation that comes from giving them continued love and
attention as they provided for us when we were young.
