Osceola County Coronavirus Order

covid-19

covid-19Osceola County residents listen up! A new emergency order has been enacted by the Executive Policy Group requiring anyone who steps outside their home in Osceola county, wear a face covering (not face masks) while in public. If you are working, living, visiting, or doing business in Osceola County, you must keep your face covered with one of the following options:

There are plenty of ways to make a face mask at home that requires little artistic ability. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that face coverings should be made out of a fixed uniform piece of material that securely covers a person’s nose and mouth. The mask should remain in place without having to use your hands. Remember, face coverings help stop the spread of the virus and should be used at all times when leaving your home. This emergency order will be in effect from April 13 until further notice. Our community depends on everyone abiding by these rules and our new normal. These are challenging times, but by practicing social distancing, we can all make our neighborhoods a safer place. Seniors do your part, wear a face covering, and stay safe. This nightmare will be over before you know it.
